Thrriv was founded to address the rising problem of diabetes and obesity in the region, due to increased consumption of snacks and foods loaded with sweeteners, preservatives, and artificial additives. The founders, being diabetic themselves, struggled to find tasty keto-friendly, diabetic, and low-carb meals at affordable prices. Keeping their struggle in mind, they came up with the idea of producing shelf-stable, vegan, and keto food items, ideal for people who were having a tough time switching to a healthier lifestyle.

Radhika Sil
Founder & CEO
Having worn many hats in her 25 years of experience in the local and international food industry, Radhika has established her reputation as a gourmet food enthusiast. She began her career at the Taj Hotel, India, and later began her journey asan entrepreneur with several food businesses in Bahrain and India. In her last few roles, She played a leading role in commissioning the first fully automated frozen dough line in the United Arab Emirates serving multiple big brands, and was instrumental in launching 4 healthy brands in the UAE. Besides being a well known figure name in the UAE’s food market, Radhika is also a certified FSSC/ISO22000 Auditor.
Jiten J. Sil
Advisor – Strategic Initiatives
Jiten J. Sil has over 28 years of experience in the IT industry and is a serial entrepreneur having grown companies from ideation to go to market execution.
An ideator, Digital Transformation specialist and a Social media Jedi, In the past he has been In management roles in leading companies like Software AG, IBM, and Akana. Jiten is the driving force behind Thrriv’s growth in regional and global markets, he serves in an advisory capacity to the board for strategic initiatives.
Kailash Rathore
Co Founder & CFO
With over nine years of experience in the industry he decided to join hands as an entrepreneur with his former colleague the CEO of Thrriv.
Kailash manages the Finance and Operations of Thrriv as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In parallel he continues to improve our supply chain management with his deep knowledge in the domain. With his pragmatic approach and focus on numbers he maintain a key balance between creativity and execution
